Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with CallWise AI. This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds.
1. 7-Day Free Trial
New accounts include a 7-day free trial with up to 10 answered calls. During the trial period no charge is made to your card. If you cancel before the trial ends (by day 7 or before using the 10th call, whichever comes first), you will never be billed.
Cancellation during the trial takes seconds from the Stripe-hosted billing portal linked in your dashboard. No phone call, no sales rep, no questions asked.
2. 3-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
After your trial auto-converts to a paid subscription, you have 3 days from the first charge to request a full refund. We process this with no questions asked — email us from the address on your account and we refund the full amount within 3–5 business days.
3. Refunds After 3 Days
After the 3-day window, refunds are granted at CallWise's discretion, typically in cases involving:
- Service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
- Billing errors — duplicate charges, incorrect plan, or accidentally charging you during what should have been a paused account.
- AI failures that caused direct customer harm (e.g., AI misbehavior that damaged your business relationship with your caller).
Approved refunds may be pro-rated for the remaining portion of the billing period.
4. What Is Not Refundable
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind more than 3 days after the first charge.
- Cancellation in the middle of a billing period — access continues until period end but the monthly fee is not pro-rated.
- Normal usage of the service, including if you did not use all the calls included in your plan.
- Charges made while your card was on file after an unsuccessful cancellation attempt — please email us immediately if Stripe shows a cancellation didn't process and we will take care of it.
- Fees or costs from your telecom carrier or other third parties (we only refund CallWise charges).
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@dendritesai.com from the email address on your account and include:
- Your account email.
- The date and amount of the charge you're requesting a refund for.
- A short reason for the request (one sentence is fine).
We reply within 1 business day and complete approved refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method; we cannot refund to a different card or account.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you reach out to us first before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks are expensive and disruptive. If you feel a refund is owed, email us first and we'll almost always make it right faster than a chargeback would.
