Pick Your Carrier for Call Forwarding Setup

Forward calls from your existing phone number to CallWise AI in under a minute. Step-by-step instructions for every major US carrier.

How call forwarding works

When you set up call forwarding, your carrier routes incoming calls to a second number — in this case, your unique CallWise AI number. You keep your existing phone number, ads, Google listing, and business cards unchanged. Most carriers support three forwarding modes:

  • Always On: Every call goes straight to CallWise AI. Good for scheduled AI coverage.
  • When Busy or No Answer (Recommended): Your phone rings first. CallWise AI picks up after 4 rings or if your line is busy.
  • Out of Coverage: Forwards only when your phone is off or out of signal. Best for field crews.
