Forward all calls via Google Voice web

Send all Google Voice calls to your CallWise number.

  1. Go to voice.google.com and sign in
  2. Click the Settings gear icon (top right)
  3. Click "Calls" in the left sidebar
  4. Under "Call forwarding", click "Add a number"
  5. Enter your CallWise number and name it "CallWise AI"
  6. Enable the toggle next to the new number
  7. Disable any other forwarding numbers if you want AI to be the only handler
  8. Save changes

Forward after other phones don't answer

Your other forwarding numbers ring first. CallWise picks up if nobody answers.

  1. Go to voice.google.com → Settings → Calls
  2. Keep your current forwarding numbers enabled
  3. Add the CallWise number with priority set to "last"
  4. Google Voice rings all enabled numbers in order; CallWise picks up if none answer
