Forward all calls via RingCentral

All incoming calls go to CallWise AI.

  1. Log in to service.ringcentral.com
  2. Go to Phone System → Users → [your user]
  3. Click "Call Handling & Forwarding"
  4. Under "Business Hours", select "Forward calls"
  5. Add external number → enter CallWise number
  6. Set "Forward to this external number FIRST" (skip your own phone)
  7. Save changes

  1. Log in to RingCentral admin portal
  2. Go to Phone System → Users → your user → Call Handling
  3. Under "Ring my phone"
    Note: Set ring duration to 15-20 seconds

  6. Save changes
